Save your money (and your skin) with these dupe brushes for under $25
By now we've come to expect that at least once a week there'll be some hot, new, life-changing beauty trick or trend that pops up, demanding we try it. That's how I felt about Artis oval brushes when the sets first hit.
"My favorite way to use these brushes are for applying foundation, concealer and contour—the oval shape makes buffing it all in so easy."
Were they intriguing? Yes. Did I need them? No, I thought, especially after I saw their insane price tag ($65 for a single brush). But, as I do with all trends, I eventually caved. Where is my willpower? Instead of going for the official Artis set, though, I went and found the most highly rated Artis oval brush dupes around.
This set that I have was under $25 and I am pretty much obsessed with it. My favorite way to use these brushes are for applying foundation, concealer and contour—the oval shape makes buffing it all in so easy. The bristles are impossibly soft and the handles have just the right amount of flex to move around your face comfortably.
